Is PaadeMode a secure website?
Yes. All the information transmitted is secured using the official internet protocols. Our website does not store Credit / Debit card information.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Where do you deliver?
We deliver worldwide. Delivery times depend on location.
Please make sure that your delivery address is correct, includes all postal codes and a phone number in case the delivery agency has to reach you to arrange delivery.
What are your delivery times and rates?
Regular service in Europe is approximately 4-5 business days.
Regular service outside of Europe is approximately 5-7 business days.
EU countries: €12
Rest of the world: €28
When will my order be shipped?
We usually ship items that are in stock within 1–4 business days. We do not ship our items on weekends and public holidays.
It is possible to order a desired item that is out of stock (depending on availability) with production time of two weeks + delivery time.
Can you send my purchase as gift for customs purposes?
Unfortunately not. We have to declare all full prices on our parcels.
Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Yes, PaadeMode is not responsible for international taxes and duties. All international taxes and custom duties are applied when a parcel reaches its destination country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Please contact your local customs office for further information as customs policies vary widely from country to country. PaadeMode cannot inform you about the amount of taxes and duties and any delays in delivery of the package.
Does the clothing come up as bigger or smaller?
PaadeMode items are made with an EU standard sizing and come up as somewhere in the middle.

Returns and Refunds Policy
If you have purchased a Product for your own personal use as a consumer and you wish to return it, you have to inform our customer service via email cs(at)paademode.com within 14 days as from the day following delivery of the Product(s) concerned and submit a request for return.
If our customer service approves your return request, it will provide you by e-mail with instructions for the return of the Product(s).
Only regular priced Items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Conditions for returns or exchanges
We will in any case only approve requests for return if the Product has not been washed or used in any way (other than reasonable wear and tear from examining and/or trying on the Product), and the Products are returned in the original packaging, with the manufacturer’s tags attached.
Refund or replacement of the Products can only take place after we have received all of the Products to be returned.
Only regular priced Items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Once we receive the returned items you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will then be processed. Refunds will be made within 28 days of the date that we receive your returned package.
We reserve the right to reject your return and to reject the requested refund or to charge you for the costs required to undertake the necessary costs arising out of or in connection with the payments which need to be refunded to you (without prejudice to the applicable legal provisions; repairs, re-stocking etc.), in case you return:
Products which you were not authorized to return,
Which are no longer in acceptable conditions for returns or have not been packaged appropriately, have not exercised the care required for returning the Products in good condition.
Only regular priced Items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. Return costs are at buyers expense.
Please note that Paade Mode will not be held responsible for items not reaching our office. The unwanted item is the responsibility of the buyer until it arrives here safely.

What are the accepted payment methods?
PaadeMode uses PayPal as a payment system.
You can either use a Paypal account or pay with Visa, MasterCard and MaestroCard with no signup with PayPal necessary.
What currency does PaadeMode use?
The currency used is euro (EUR), all prices are displayed including VAT.
Who pays customs duty?
All products on www.paademode.com are displayed at their full price which cannot altered to decrease international custom fees.
All customs or import duties are applied when a parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Paade Mode has no control over the amount of these costs. Custom policies and import duties vary from country to country. If a parcel is detained by customs the delivery can be delayed and extra charges can be applied which is out of our control.

Paade Mode will use your personal data to manage your online purchases at Paade Mode by processing your orders by our online services, send you notifications of delivery status or in the event of any problems with the delivery of your items. Paade Mode keeps your data as long as you are an active customer.

The processing of your personal data is necessary for Paade Mode to fulfill its legal obligation. We will save your data in compliance with the Latvian bookkeeping law.
